Synapse Health (the “Service”) is operated by T and J Digital products(“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership or program, or otherwise using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with T and J Digital products. By continuing to access or use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your country of residence.

The Service provides AI-generated training programs, readiness and session tracking, nutrition logging, and an AI coach chat. It is a general fitness and information product. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. You are responsible for deciding whether any exercise, program or nutrition suggestion is appropriate for you, and you train at your own risk.

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the content included in the plan you purchased, for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly republish the programs or generated plans, reverse engineer the Service, or circumvent any technical or plan limits.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any regulation;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, scraping, or attempting unauthorised access;
• submit prompts intended to generate illegal, harmful, hateful or deceptive content, or attempt to jailbreak or bypass our AI safeguards.

Plans, answers and recommendations produced by the AI coach are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before acting on them, and for having the rights to any content you submit. Outputs must not be relied on as regulated medical, nutritional or professional advice without appropriate human oversight. We may filter, refuse, restrict or remove content, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly generate prohibited content. If you believe content produced or hosted through the Service infringes your rights, contact Tandjdigitalproducts@gmail.com and we will review and act on valid complaints, including terminating accounts of repeat infringers.

We retain all right, title and interest in the Service, including its software, program libraries, documentation, branding and design. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your goals, logs and meals) and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

Current prices are shown on our pricing page. Memberships are recurring and renew automatically at the interval you chose until canceled; one-time program purchases are charged once. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller — see Paddle’s Buyer Terms and our refund policy. You can cancel a membership at any time and will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance, outages or third-party failures may interrupt access.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination your licence ends; you may request an export of your data before deletion, and we may delete data in line with our privacy notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify T and J Digital products against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page and continued use constitutes acceptance. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which T and J Digital products is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction.
