Refund Policy

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at Tandjdigitalproducts@gmail.comand we will arrange it for you.

Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes a few business days to appear.

You can cancel a membership at any time from your dashboard or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

If a renewal charged unexpectedly, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to orders placed through checkout. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country. See our terms and pricing for full purchase details.
