1. How payment works

When you click Buy, the checkout screen opens a Stripe-secured form. You can pay with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay depending on your browser. Prices are shown in USD, include any applicable tax, and are one-time charges only — there are no subscriptions or recurring fees on this store.

2. What the receipt email contains

After payment clears, a receipt email is sent from notify.digitals.engineering to the address on your account. It includes your order number, the item title, the amount paid, and a direct Download your file button. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure you are signed in with the same email you used to buy.

3. Where your download link lives

The download link is available the moment payment succeeds. A Download button appears on the checkout confirmation page, and the same button is always available in My Purchases under the Orders section. Purchases stay in your account, so you can re-download the file whenever you need it. The link does not expire and is not limited to a single device.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Because digital files unlock instantly, every sale is final once you access the download. If you have not yet downloaded the file and changed your mind, reach out through the FAQ page within 48 hours. If the file was misdescribed or missing what was listed, contact us with the order number and we will make it right, including a refund when appropriate.
